Summary: My best friend recently moved to DC, and this was my first chance to get out there. The crazy thing is I'll probably only get one more trip in before she moves yet again. A bonus was that her birthday happened to fall during the days I was there, so we got to celebrate together. She reminded me earlier in the week that I had attended her 2nd birthday party, meaning we were literally celebrating 30 years of friendship. (The bones necklace is for you, Bones)

I would think, though, that if Washington DC is the measuring stick, no city stacks up against it!
